Why I Love Shaolin Challenges: Pushing Limits and Unlocking Potential

I joined the Shaolin Temple 38 years ago, when I was 14.  And I still take on a martial arts challenge at least once a year. These challenges help me identify any mental weaknesses and show me how much further I’m capable of going.
Transformation may be an overused term, at its core, it simply means there's a clear difference between the "before" and the "after." And our body never lies. Shaolin Martial Arts is about tuning in to the wisdom of our body—what is it telling us? Challenges are a way to break through barriers and unlock the full potential of our body.

The most common mistake people make is either pushing too hard or not pushing hard enough, or limiting themselves by believing they can’t achieve something. The purpose of our practice is to find balance in the body. Through Qigong and Kung Fu, we build internal strength, enabling us to accomplish things we once thought were impossible. Our goal is to break through self-imposed limits.

This challenge involves dedicating 30 days to placing more emphasis on your training, pushing yourself beyond your usual routine. After 30 days, it's rewarding to notice a significant change in our mind and body.
Take the 30-day Challenge. Live Masterclass.

Prefer to train at your own pace? Take the 40-day Challenge.
