The Shaolin Temple is home to two famous Qigong forms: Yi Jin Jing (Muscle/Tendon Transformation) and Xi Sui Jing (Bone Marrow Cleansing). Xi Sui Jing is a purifying practice that Shaolin Monks believe keeps the bone marrow fresh, preventing the decline of new blood cell production as we age. Yi Jin Jing strengthens the body, while Xi Sui Jing cleanses it.

Together, they form the foundation of true Shaolin Qigong. Not wanting this Qigong to be misused, these teachings have only been taught within the temple walls. And sadly what has been taught rarely has any resemblance to the true authentic form.

In this program, you’ll learn the authentic form as taught at the Shaolin Temple in China. This includes reverse breathing and "Qi Lifting"—a technique that circulates energy in a unique way to cleanse and strengthen your internal organs.

We will combine Xi Sui Jing Qigong with traditional Shaolin strength training, including specialised hand/knife movements designed to sharpen the body. Shaolin Monks say that once you master Xi Sui Jing, your body becomes its own doctor. These teachings are yours for life—no one can take them away from you. They are not like a supplement that you need to keep purchasing, you just need to keep training! 

What you will learn:

  • The complete 4 stages of Xi Sui Jing Qigong - – A step-by-step path to mastering this powerful Qigong. 
  • Qigong Reverse Breathing - a technique to enhance Qi circulation and internal energy
  • Shaolin Temple Strength Training - Traditional methods to build resilience, agility, and internal power
  • Qi Lifting - An advanced practice to circulate Qi and cleanse the body from within
  • Balancing Yin and Yang - Learn how to harmonise internal and external to balance the mind and body

What you will need:

When: This program runs for four weeks, starting on April 21st at 6 PM UK time. There are five sessions each week, with the final session on May 16th.  Each session will be recorded and available for 30 days if you’re not able to attend. Each session is between 60 and 90 minutes.
