Serenity Buddha – Jade Amulet

Malas are used as a tool to help the mind focus on meditation. They are powerful tools of meditation. There are 11 polished Gobi Jade stones on this mala. The jade is from the Gobi Desert in Shifu Yan Lei's province. Peaceful Buddha is carved into dark green jade. The stones are also made of jade.

Amulet (also called talisman) means “an object that protects a person from trouble”. In China many non-Buddhists wear Buddha and Guan Yin jade talisman because they recognize the healing properties of this image and believe these are powerful amulets. Chinese people wear this Jade Buddha amulet to help them stay peaceful and healthy.
