Renunciation Buddha - Rare Energy Stone

The Buddha's ears represent his great compassion. They also represent that he was once a prince with great wealth but he went on to renounce his wealth. The Buddha is hand carved into white Gobi Jade. 

Chinese people often carry an energy stone in their pocket and take it with them everywhere they go. Sometimes it is just a clear stone, sometimes it is shaped into a symbol. These pieces are unique; there are no two that are exactly alike. Over time, Jade not only grows in value but it is believed that it grows in power as the user carries it. Energy Stones are hand-carved from a stone that the carver believes already carries the energy of the object it is about to carve. All of our energy stones come from Shifu Yan Lei’s province, Xin Jiang.
